Nice one Jed. I suppose Andy's 'stache was a bit of a giveaway. Only one correction: that was Amy, Donna, and Julie's house. I was still living in Davis at the time. Donna found that photo recently and brought it over Friday night. The back said "Danny Gaebe and Monroe Trouchon". Jesus the cat wasn't credited but confirmed he was in attendance when asked.
Looks to me like some sort of Southside Hootenany celebrating the Tony LaRussa managed 1983 White Sox. That ballcap has Harold Baines written all over it. As for myself, it looks like I was under the effects of Southern Comfort, beer and halfling leaf all at the same time.
May have been the last time I've made Tater Tot Casserole.
I was hoping that the title "Name the event and location" meant that someone was proposing a party.
If not, I'm planning on a 2007 Chili Cookoff. Good beer, chili...the whole nine yards. I will post a date soon. I guess white trash is optional depending on the chili you bring.

White Trash Party @Colby's in Chico circa '94? I think I wore my own "Ride the Lightning" concert T - a real stretch.

Lots of memories from that night.
